Scuba Diving in the Red Sea
This is where a scuba diver’s dreams meet reality! For a start, Jeddah’s coastal waters are home to the Great Coral Reef and over 1,200 unique fish species, including the fastest fish in the world, the Black Marlin. If you want to take things a step further, you can book a cage diving adventure to observe the Red Sea’s sharks in their natural habitat and marvel at the wonders of Shipwreck Island.
The Old City (Al Balad)

Located off the coast of the Red Sea, the King Fahd Fountain is the tallest water fountain in the entire world. 2023 FIFA Club World Cup
From December 12-22, the champions of each of the six continental confederations will compete for the Club World Cup in the beautiful Red Sea city of Jeddah. You certainly don’t want to miss the chance to indulge in the unique local culture while witnessing the likes of Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, and other world-class players battle it out for one of the most prestigious titles in club soccer.
2024 Formula One World Championship
The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will be held at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on March 9, right after the opening race (on March 2) in neighboring Bahrain. The 2024 Formula One World Championship, the most prestigious car-racing competition on the planet, consists of 24 Grand Prix that will take place in various venues around the world.
